If WebToolBar appears on your Internet Explorer, you already have the WebToolBar development package installed on your machine. To proceed with your development, please see the Help file (by default, it is in C:\ProgramFiles\WebToolBar_Trial\webtoolbar_help.htm)

WebToolBar Distribution License
If you want to distribute WebToolBar (online or offline), you must purchase the WebToolBar license. The purchased version will let you remove the WebToolBar button and the associated link.
